We offer store credit for returns only. We do not issue refunds. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires, and we receive new styles every day!  

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO + WHAT DO I INCLUDE?

If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please contact us at online@rouxcollective.com to inquire. All returns must arrive unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags intact. We require returned packages to be post-marked within 12 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred with returns and exchanges. Please contact us at online@rouxcollective.com if you wish to process an exchange by mail. 

Please include all of your contact information inside your return package.

All items are shipped using UPS Ground and insured. Shipping is $12 flat rate or complimentary with purchase over $200. Please contact us with any special requests regarding shipping at info@salonroux.com
